SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Dates
The Tier 1 exam will be conducted from September 12 to September 26, 2025, across multiple shifts. This phase is crucial as it determines eligibility for Tier 2.

How to Check Your SSC Exam City Centre
SSC provides a City Intimation Slip approximately 7–10 days before the exam. This slip includes:
- Your allotted exam city
- Exam date and shift
- Reporting time
Steps to Check Your City Centre:
- Visit the official SSC portal: ssc.gov.in
- Navigate to the “Admit Card” section
- Select your SSC Region (e.g., Northern, Southern, Eastern, etc.)
- Enter your Registration ID and Date of Birth
- Download the City Intimation Slip and note your exam details
How to Download Your SSC Admit Card
The Admit Card is released 2–3 days before the exam and is mandatory for entry into the exam hall. It contains:
- Candidate details
- Exam centre address
- Reporting time and shift
- Instructions for the exam day
Steps to Download Admit Card:
- Go to ssc.gov.in
- Click on the “Admit Card” tab
- Choose your SSC Region
- Enter your Roll Number/Registration ID and Password/Date of Birth
- Click Submit and download the admit card
- Print a hard copy and carry it along with a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.)
