Age Criteria:

Age as on 01/01/2026: Between 18-33

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduation (Final Year need not to apply)

Stage 1: CBT 1 (Screening Test)

Purpose: Qualifying in nature; used to shortlist candidates for CBT 2.

Skill Tests (Post-Dependent)

• Typing Skill Test (TST): For posts like Junior Clerk, Accounts Clerk, etc.
  • Typing speed: 30 WPM (English) or 25 WPM (Hindi).
  • Conducted on a computer; qualifying in nature.
• Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT): For Station Master and Traffic Assistant.

• No negative marking.
• Only candidates who qualify CBT 2 for these posts are called.

Final Stages:

• Document Verification (DV): Based on CBT 2 + Skill Test performance.
• Medical Examination: To ensure fitness for the post applied.

• Go to RRB Site or your regional RRB portal.
• Click on the link that says “RRB NTPC 2025 Apply Online”.

2. Select Your RRB Zone

• Choose the RRB zone relevant to your region (e.g., RRB Mumbai, RRB Kolkata, etc.).
• This determines your exam center and post preferences.

3. Register Yourself

• Enter your valid email ID and mobile number.
• You’ll receive an OTP for verification.
• Create a secure password and note your registration ID.

4. Fill Personal Details

• Name, date of birth, gender, category (SC/ST/OBC/UR), marital status, nationality.
• Father’s and mother’s names, address, and ID proof details.

5. Enter Educational Qualifications

• Choose the appropriate qualification (12th pass or graduate).
• Enter marks, board/university name, year of passing.

6. Choose Post Preferences

• Select the posts you’re eligible for and interested in.
• Prioritize them based on your preference.

7. Upload Documents

• Passport-size photo (as per specifications).
• Signature (black ink on white paper).
• Category certificate (if applicable).
• Disability certificate (if applicable).

8. Pay the Application Fee

• ₹500 for General/OBC (₹400 refunded after appearing in CBT 1).
• ₹250 for SC/ST/PwBD/Female/Ex-Servicemen (fully refunded after CBT 1).
• Payment modes: Debit/Credit card, UPI, Net banking.

9. Preview and Submit

• Review all details carefully.
• Click “Submit” and download the confirmation page.

10. Print Application Form

Keep your registration ID and password safe for admit card download.
